My Weekend with Emeril, Paula Deen & Rachael Ray at the South Beach Food Festival

I had such a wonderful time at the Food Network’s South Beach Food and Wine Festival.

It was a privilege to meet some of the Food Network’s celebrities, including Rachael Ray, Paula Deen and Emeril Lagasse.

I also got to visit with Paula Deen and her family during one of her presentations.

Imagine my delight when she pulled me up on stage and raved about my rolls!

I was so excited to do a personal interview with Emeril. It was a thrill!

With fabulous food, inspiring company and the scenic South Beach setting, the festival truly was overflowing with flavor.
