Our Latest Quality Time Story Contest Winner

One of the high points of my month is reading the wonderful stories submitted in our monthly Quality Time Story Contest. In today’s challenging times, I believe it is more important than ever for families to spend quality time together.

Our monthly contest encourages families to share anecdotes about events and activities that have brought them closer together. Some of the best ideas are the simplest and least expensive. Our first month’s winner was about a toddler playing in the snow with her father.

This month’s winner celebrates the arrival of twin baby granddaughters. One of the reasons it resonated with me is that I’m getting ready to celebrate the baptism of my newest grandson, Cooper, on Easter Sunday. And the photo of the twin baby girls is just precious!

“Our quality time together story includes the new additions to our family – our twin girls! My husband and I love Sister Schubert rolls and now enjoy them while feeding our girls. Since the twins were born almost 12 weeks ago, we have had to eat dinner in shifts some nights, but we are still all in the same room enjoy each others company. Our favorite place is to all curl up in our bed after dinner and watch a movie, while we feed the girls their bottles. One day sooner than we can believe I’m sure, our girls will enjoy Sister’s rolls at the dining room table with us!”
