Memorial Day Picnic Recipes from Sister Schubert’s Homemade Rolls
Memorial Day weekend is one of my favorite times to share quality time with family and friends. Every year, our whole neighborhood gets together for a group picnic. I really enjoy the freedom of outdoor entertaining – adults can laugh, chat and relax while children dash around and work up their appetites.
Because this weekend also kicks off summer picnic and grilling season, I wanted to share some simple recipes that can add a special touch to your get-togethers. Offering bite-sized servings like these sandwiches lets everyone sample a variety of delicious dishes at a group picnic or family reunion.

Sister Schubert's Mediterranean Rolls

1/3 cup mayonnaise
