Ingredients:
1/2 cup peanut oil
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons Worchester sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 pork tenderloins
Directions:
Whisk together all ingredients, except tenderloins, in a mixing bowl. Add pork tenderloins and marinate 4 hours.
Prepare a grill to medium high heat. Transfer pork tenderloins to a tray and discard marinade. Oil grill rack and grill pork tenderloins until each reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees F. (Cooking time will vary depending upon the size of the tenderloins.) Transfer pork tenderloins to a cutting board and cover loosely with aluminum foil for 8 to 10 minutes. Slice and serve. Offer Sister Schubert Dinner Rolls or Parker House Rolls.
