Fill Sister Schubert's Parker House Style Rolls with a scrumptious mix of feta cheese, mayonnaise, sun-dried tomatoes, fresh basil and pepper for a pop-able appetizer people won't be able to keep their hands off of.

Sister Schubert's rolls provide a versatile foundation for a delicious tailgate feast. Just add any of these easy and tasty fillings. Add your own favorite potato salad to complete the meal.

  • 8 ounces crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes in oil
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh basil or 3/4 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 pans thawed Parkerhouse Rolls
Combine first 5 ingredients. Open each roll and spread with about 1 teaspoon cheese mixture; close rolls. Return rolls to pans; cover loosely with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve warm.

Yield: 32 rolls
